Delete your Latbase account

How to ask for deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@latbase.com with the subject "Delete my Latbase account". Send it from the email address of your account, so we know it is you.
2. We confirm by email within a working day. If your team has other members, we ask what should happen to the team's leads.
3. We delete your account and your data and tell you when it is done.

It costs nothing, and you do not have to give a reason. Your account is one account for every Latbase product, so deleting it ends your access to Latbase Leads, Latbase Discover and account.latbase.com.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, phone number, password and login records.
• Your settings, your event name and your message and email templates.
• Your Latbase Discover profile and your saved events.
• Every team of which you are the only member, with all its leads, pictures, voice notes, notes and tasks.
• The files behind them on our servers: the pictures, the recordings and the Excel exports.

What is kept

• Leads you captured for a team that has other members. They belong to that team and stay with it, without your account behind them. An admin of the team can delete them, or ask us to.
• Records the law makes us keep, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires.
• A record that something was deleted: its identifier and the time, with none of its content.

How long it takes

• Your account and your data are deleted from our systems within 60 days of your request.
• Copies in our backups are deleted within 90 days of your request.
• The copy of your leads that the app keeps on your phone is removed when you log out or remove the app.

Delete some data and keep your account

• In Latbase Leads, open a lead and tap Delete to remove it with its pictures, voice notes, notes and tasks. You can also delete a single picture, voice note or task.
• On Latbase Discover, clear your profile and remove your saved events on your profile page.
• For anything else, write to privacy@latbase.com and tell us what to delete.
